Paul Hymans (1865 - 1941), Belgian, lawyer. It had lent lawyer oath in 1885, it had twenty years and half then. It entered in training course at Me Jules van Dievoet, lawyer with the Court of appeal, which was the son-in-law of Jules Anspach, the former burgomaster of Brussels.
He became professor with the ULB (Universit3e libre de Bruxelles), was minister of several governments and Minister of state. He was Ambassador plenipotentiary with the preparatory conferences of the Traité of Versailles (June 28th 1919) and became the first President of the Société of the Nations in 1920.
