Paul Haggis
Paul Haggis , born with London, Canada the March 10th 1953, is a Réalisateur, producing Scénariste and Canadian.
Paul Haggis created a whole variety of programs for television, like the series a tandem of shock , Our best years or the Law of Los Angeles . He received many prices including two Emmys, the price of the best series of the year, decreed by the TV Critics Association and six Gemini Awards. Passing from television to the cinema, he wrote and produced Million Dollar Baby of and with Clint Eastwood. He was quoted besides with the Oscar for his adapted scenario of two news of F.X. Toole on the Boxing.
In 2004, he writes and carries out Collision , which gains the Grand Prix with the 31e Festival of the American cinema of Deauville, and three Oscars, of which most prestigious, that of best film in 2006.
He adapts then a novel of James Bradley over the Second world war, Flags off Our Fathers which Clint Eastwood carries out, before signing the scenario of the 21e James Bond, Casino Royal .
