Paul Delouvrier
Paul Delouvrier (born the June 25th 1914 with Remiremont (the Vosges), died with Layered branches the January 16th 1995) was a senior official French under IVe and Ve République, and was principal craftsmen of the planning which reorganized France during the “glorious Thirty”.
Biography
During the Second world war, it is with the school of the executives of Uriage. It engages after dissolution of the school in the Résistance, and becomes in 1944 responsible gaullist of a maquis. This brilliance tax inspector occupied under IVe République of high responsibilities in the ministerial cabinets, the financial administration and the first institutions of Europe. He was member of the initial team of Jean Monnet at the time of the installation of the Commissariat in the plan. In 1958, it is named by the general De Gaulle acting general of the government in Algeria of 1958 to 1960 in charge of “pacification” and the application of the plane called of Constantine. Acting general with the District of the Area of Paris of 1961 to 1969, it is regarded as the father of the “new cities”. He will finish his career chair Électricité de France.A building of the Park of the Villette, to Paris, bears its name.

- 1955, finance manager of the High ranking authority of ECSC in Luxembourg;
- Dec. 1958-1960: acting general of the government in Algeria;
- 1961-1969: acting general with the District of the Area of Paris;
- 1966-1969: Prefect and vice-president of the direction to Town and country planning;
- 1969-1979: Électricité de France chair;
- 1979-1984: chair public corporation of the park of the Villette
