Paul-Otto Bessire
Paul-Otto Bessire is a Swiss historian born with Moutier the April 21st 1880 and died in Moutier the September 6th 1958.
He studied at the Teacher training school of Porrentruy, then at the universities of Basle and Bern to obtain a diploma for the occupation of Master of gymnasium and a doctorate arts.
He was professor at the secondary School of Moutier, then professor of history at the cantonal School of Porrentruy.
