Paul-François Huart-Chapel

Paul-François-Joseph Huart-Chapel , (Charleroi, 1770 - Charleroi, September 5th, 1850), was a Belgian Politician , member of the Liberal party.

It builds the first Haut-fourneau with the coke of Belgium with Marcinelle (1827)

It was burgomaster of Charleroi from October 20th, 1830 to February 10th, 1834.
