Patrick Lozès

Patrick Lozès is a French political personality, member of the UDF, and an militant association, first president of the Representative council of black associations of France (NOTCH).

It was born in 1965 with Oporto Novo (Bénin, then Dahomey). It settles in France with Creil (Oise) in 1979. He becomes pharmacist then joined UDF in 1988, for which he is candidate with the legislative elections of 2002 in the 1st district of Paris.

In 2003, it founds the association CAPDIV which militate against discriminations touching inter alia the blacks, but also the homosexual ones and the Jews.

In 2005, it founds the NOTCH.

His/her father Gabriel Lozès is senator of the IV {{E}} République, then Minister for Health and Foreign Minister of Dahomey.
