Patrick Henry Bruce
Patrick Henry Bruce (1881 – November 12th 1936) was an American modern painter who practiced a form of Cubisme.
Descendant of Patrick Henry, Bruce is often associated with the Synchromisme and the orphism. Its work was particularly appreciated of Marcel Duchamp and perhaps influenced Matisse, its former professor. Bruce committed suicide in 1936 in New York.
