Patricia Petibon

Patricia Petibon (born the February 27th 1970, with Montargis) is a Soprano which was acclaimed for its interpretations of the French Baroque music.

She studied with the academy of Paris, and obtained a first price of the academy in 1995.

Petibon sang with the leaders William Christie, John Eliot Gardiner, Marc Minkowski, Nikolaus Harnoncourt, the director Bob Wilson and with the Concentus Musicus Wien.

She recorded works of Lully, Charpentier, Rameau, Landi, Couperin, Haendel, Gluck, Mozart, Haydn, Copland, Caldara, Bernstein, Barber, Debussy, Méhul, Jommelli, Offenbach, Delibes, Poulenc and of Nicolas Racot de Grandval.
