Patrice Fontanarosa

Patrice Fontanarosa , born with Paris the September 4th 1942 is a Violoniste French, oldest son of the painters Lucien Fontanarosa (1912-1975) and Annette Faive-Fontanarosa (1911-1988). He is married with the harpist Marielle Nordmann.

  • It was solo violin of Virtuosi di Roma
  • 1976 to 1985, it was solo violin of the National orchestra of France
  • It was musical director of the Orchestra of the Countries of Savoy during its creation in 1984.
  • Patrice Fontanarosa takes part, of the years 1960 to 1980, with famous Trio of chamber music with his/her sister Frederique Fontanarosa, pianist, and his brother Renaud Fontanarosa, violoncellist.
