Path of Toblerones

The path of Toblerones is a pedestrian Sentier, located in the Canton of Vaud, in Suisse.

History

In the Years 1930, a Line of defense anti tanks was built banks of the Léman to the foot of the the Jura, with the height of Gland.

Because of the triangular shape of the concrete blocks commonly, pointing out the chocolate Toblerone, one calls this line the line of Toblerones .

Nature there having remained intact during more than 60 years, one decided to arrange a pedestrian Sentier of 17 km. The " Rose" villa; (fort camouflaged in house) is maintained in a state of witness of this time.
