Pasteur Institute of Lille

The Institut Pasteur of Lille (Pasteur-Lille) is one of the research centres of the Global area network of the Institutes Pasteur.

It gathers 14 research units, 9 technological platforms, 1.150 employees, including 626 researchers. It counts 300 paid outside the Institute: Inserm, CNRS, Universities.

Each year, it carries out 45.000 vaccinations, 18.000 checkups, 5.000 consultations specialized before the voyages, 500.000 medical analyzes, 1.200.000 water analyzes.

Its Turnover borders 70 million euros, including 46 for the foundation recognized public utility and 24 for the subsidiary companies.

The Pasteur Institute of Lille creates 400 jobs in companies going of the molecules for industry with the Neurosciences. Its foundation holds 15% of the capital of Genfit to the Parc Eurasanté of Loos.

It is directed by Philippe Amouyel.
