Pascal Simon is a former racing cyclist French born the September 27th 1956 with Mesnil-Saint-Wolf.

He is the brother of Régis, François and of Jerome, all three former professional racing cyclists. One should not forget Stephan (very good runner amateur) like Chantal and Nicole her 2 sisters. As an amateur, it becomes in 1974 Champion of France Junior on road and in 1978, Champion of France Soldiers of Cyclo-cross.

It gained a victory of stage in the Tour 1982 in the 15th stage of Manosque to Orcières-Merlette.
