Pascal Dusapin
Pascal Dusapin , born on May 29th, 1955 with Nancy, is one of most important the Compositeur S French of Modern music.
Biogaphy
He studies, as a non-registered student with Olivier Messiaen with the Conservatoire higher national of music and dance of Paris, then with Iannis Xenakis between 1974 with 1978, which appreciated it as raises, finally with Franco Donatoni during seminars of composition.He is boarder of the Académie from France to Rome, 1981 with 1983 and receives very many distinctions at the beginning of his career of type-setter. He was elected member of the Academy of Arts of Munich in July 2006. He is named professor with the pulpit of Artistic creation of the Collège de France for year 2006/2007.
He is the author of many parts for soloists, Chamber music and full orchestra. He registers several operas with his catalog: Romeo & Juliette (1984 - 1987); Medeamaterial (1990); To Be Sung (1991 - 1992); Perelà Uomo di fumo (2002); Faustus, the Last Night (2006)…
