Pascal Caffet (March 2nd 1962 -) is a chief Pâtissier and Chocolatier French, born with Troyes. It gained several national competitions and international including the title of world champion pastrycook chocolate seller glacier (1995). It received the title of knight of the National order of the Merit in 2006.

Biography

After having obtained its CAPE of baker in 1979 and that of pastrycook, the following year. He gains many prices and is devoted better workman of France in 1989 then is crowned world champion with Milan in 1995.

The success of Caffet in the contests flashes back on the family company, which it takes again in 1986. Twenty years later, it exploits two shops in its birthplace, Troyes and tries its chance with the Japan, by opening a first shop in 2004. Two years later, the pastrycook exploits four stores in Japan.

  • 1995 - World champion of the pastrycooks chocolate sellers glaciers to Milan
  • 2002 - Vice-champion of the world by team of the pastrycooks chocolate sellers to Las Vegas, (Co-trainer of the team of France)
  • 2004 - Bronze medal Championship of the world of pastry making in Las Vegas
  • 2006 - named Knight of the National order of the Merit
