Party of independence, the democracy and solidarity

the Party of independence, the democracy and solidarity (PIDS) is a political party Malian, created on September 2nd 2001 by part of the militants of the Union African democratic Sudanese woman-Gathering (US-RDA)

The party is chaired by Daba Diawara which was its candidate for the presidential election of 2002 (1,1% of the voices to the first turn). In 2007, member of Alliance for the democracy and progress, it supported the candidature of Amadou Toumani Touré
