The Partnership for safety and prosperity (PSP) was launched in March 2005 with Waco, with the Texas. Neither treated agreement nor, the PSP is presented like an international instrument of dialog being based on the already existing agreements between the the United States, the Canada and the Mexico, of which with the first chief the Accord of North-American free trade (ALENA).
