Partij voor Naastenliefde, Vrijheid in Diversiteit
Partij voor Naastenliefde, Vrijheid in Diversiteit (Charity, Freedom and Diversity) is a political party Dutch officially created the May 31st 2006 by Marthijn Uittenbogaard (president), AD van den Berg (treasurer) and Norbert de Jonge (secretary). He was still present at no election and is thus not present at the Parliament. Its currency is “Sapere Aude”, i.e. “ose knowledge”, currency of the Lumières according to Kant.
Program
According to the official position of the NVD, its program aims at maximizing diversity and freedoms. He proposes to authorize the vote, the sexual life, the bets, the choice of the place of residence and the use of the soft drugs as of twelve years, and that of the hard drugs with sixteen. Is also proposed the suppression of the Mariage, the authorization of public nudity, the exemption from payment of public transport, and more rights for the animals. In a survey, 80% of Dutch declared that measurements were to be taken, 72% that the party was to be prohibited and several deputies challenged the government on this subject. Nobert de Jonge, him also assumed paedophile, was excluded in June 2006 from the courses of pedagogy to which it assitait at the catholic university of NijmegenAs of its creation, the party was the subject of attacks in justice. The first was a complaint of a company of safety already using the initials NVD which did not wish to see its name associated with the ideas with the party: lawsuit lost by the party which had to change its initial into PNVD. The second was a complaint of an association of child welfare, requiring the prohibition of the party: association was déboutée in Référé in July 2006.
