See also: Parrot (homonymy)
The parrots are birds of Psittaciformes . This term can indicate the whole of the species of the order but one more commonly calls “parrots”, the great species, generally squat and with short tail while the Perruche S are the small species, often frayed and with long tail. However, the Macaw S, largest of the parrots, have a disproportionate tail, and the Inséparable S, others psittacidés, do not return in any of these two categories.
