Parking meter
A parking meter or parking meter is a collecting money apparatus in exchange of a right of Stationnement of a Véhicule on a road site (Parking) for one limited time.
History
The parking meter was invented by Carl Magee, and was installed on the public highway for the first time the July 16th 1935, with Oklahoma City.
Today
In order to control the parking downtown, the public authorities set up in the majority of the countries the management of the paying parking .
