Park of offices
A park of offices ( Office park ) is a whole planned of suburban offices according to those developed with the the United States starting from the beginning of the Années 1960 like alternative to the congestion of the Center-ville S.
These parks, very planned and generally very spread out, with a strong insistence over the greenery and an intensive landscape installation, were located with the highway crossroads and close to the Aéroport S. They contributed to the congestion of the highways of belt on which they were installed.
Originally developed starting from the model of the industrial Park traditional, they evolved to a greater density. Some are zones for light industrial uses and others strictly for research or the offices of businesses.
The creation of parks of offices tends to answer the problem of urban spreading out while making it possible to the commuters to work out of the Center-ville S encumbered and difficult to reach, but their presence does nothing but reinforce spreading out. Public transport radiates starting from the center and is about non-existent between suburbs. Since in the modern households the two joint ones work, the choice of a residence is complex when both work in suburbs.
In the United States, one shows the parks of offices to involve the proliferation of the remote suburbs which one calls Exurbs, which creates a new lifestyle where townsmen new kind do not have any more a contact with the urban life.
