Parent company
A parent company is a company which has one or more Filiale S, i.e. which holds at least 50% of the capital of other companies. The whole of these companies constitutes what one calls a Groupe of companies. The parent company generally assures the direction, the administration and control via one or several people, administrators or managers whom it indicated.
The activity of the parent company can be sometimes limited to the management of the capital.
