Parent-Child-mediation
Under the term " S.O.S. Children of the divorce" , the movement began in 1981, in the evolution of the Federation of the Movements of the Paternal Condition, of an awakening of the difficulties lived by parents and their children in the situations of conflict family disunions.
Gathering the voluntary ones, parents and professionals, association wanted to be concerned to become children of separate parents and eager to make evolve/move positively mentalities and the laws.
" the maintenance of the parental couple, for the child, beyond even of the rupture of the marital couple " , is a sentence-school of association. It caused many evolutions, first of all of the legislation in 1987, then of the sociojuridical practices and manners as regards parental authority and exercise of the parental authority by the two parents whatever their statute matrimonial.
The family Médiation, practiced as of the birth of association appeared with the public in 1988. Association Parent-Child-Mediation was born in Montpellier at the beginning of the year 1989. It is devoted since to the development and the promotion of the dejudiciarisation of the parental conflicts for the responsibilisation of the parents to equality.
