Pare (wine)

The pares is most known of the red wines Suisse, it consists of at least 85% of black Pinot and Gamay, among which a majority of pinot black. This last gives to pares its structure, while the gamay brings the aromatic intensity to him, a character refreshing and gouleyant. The 15% remainders can be made up of any type of vine authorized in Valais. It approaches the Burgundy Passetoutgrain.

One pares displaced can take the Nom Goron.

Pare white

White is a rosy Wine Suisse pares produces starting from black Pinot and of Gamay vinified in white. This wine answers the same requirements that pares it.
