Parcoul is a common French, located in the department of the the Dordogne and the area Aquitaine.
Geography
History
During the creation of the French departments in 1790, the common one initially briefly belonged to the Charente-Lower (current the Charente-Maritime) before being attached by decree of the 6 nivôse An III than the the Dordogne.
