Parataxis
see also: Etymology of Parataxis
A sentence is built on the mode of the parataxis (of the Greek parátaxis : coordination) when it is simple, without use of subordinate clauses. It is the opposite of the Hypotaxe, where such a sentence resorts to many other proposals.
Example
" The good ones base on me; I escape to them; I run to barricade myself in the cellar of the maison." writing by Chateaubriant (JB P)
