Synopsis

On a country lane close to a castle and a mill, Mickey is the leader of a parade. After having launched a whistle, it agitates its stick to start the procession in music. Minnie is the carry-flag. It is followed of three pigs to the trumpet (of the heralds), three mice with the drums and a large case, two little rats pass the brush behind so that a tortoise unrolls the red carpet. On the carpet, Clarabelle deposits yellow flowers, followed again by three pigs. Then the nominated ones come which is by order of appearance:

Film analyzes

This film is the first film of Mickey Mouse color. It was only planned for the banquet of the ceremony and was not diffused apart from this event. However it is from now on available in the trade on certain supports like the DVD.

The resalisator and stimulating Joe Grant was the person in charge of the caricatures. He had been engaged especially for this purpose and continued to work for the department animation during the 70 following years.
