Paprika

The paprika is the ripe Fruit Sweet pepper or Poivron ( Capsicum annuum , of the family of the Solanaceae ), as well as the spice prepared starting from this fruit, and plants it itself.
The spice is used in Cuisine for its bitter Parfum and its red Couleur. The principal types of spices are the paprika of Hungary, made starting from the fruits only, and royal paprika, manufactured with the Graine S, the stems and the fruits.
