Papaverales

The order of the Papaverales is an order of plants Dicotylédone S primitives. In Classification of Cronquist (1981) it includes/understands two family S:

  • Fumariacées (family of the Fumeterre)
  • Papavéracées (family of the Poppy)

This order does not exist any more in the phylogenetic Classification of APG (1998) and APG II (2003). These two families are included in the order of Ranunculales .
