Paolo Emilio

The Véronais Paolo Emilio was the speaker and the chronicler appointed of the kings Charles VIII and Louis XII. This last committed it to publish a French history since the origins; it published itself of it only the first 6 books. One reproached this chronicle his tone déclamatoire and its bias pro-French but it remains an important source for the history of the 15th century.
