Pancreatic juice
The pancreatic juice is secreted by the Pancréas Exocrine in the digestive light.
It is composed of two principal components:
- of the Bicarbonate S, salts whose high content returns juice Alcalin
- of the hydrolytic Enzyme S (of which the alpha-amylase, of the Lipase S, the Protéase S: Trypsin and Chymotrypsine, and of the Nuclease S).
