Works

The beginning of its artistic production goes back to 1565 with his/her father the painter Antonio Negretti, in Venice. He studies and is subject to the influence of Raphaël and the Titien.

He spends 8 years to Rome, copies Michel-Angel and Polidoro da Caravaggio, attends the Roman mannerists and assimilates the requirements of the Counter-Reformation while discovering and following the pictorial principles of Zuccaro, Salviati and Santi di Tito.

Of return to Venice, after 1569, He collaborates in the various copies of the Titien carried out by Tintoret while carrying out even in the long term, after his death in 1576, celebrates it Pietà for the church of Frari.
