Palaemon
This taxon gathers pink shrimps. They have the characteristic to have a rostre very developed in front of the head, which one does not find at the gray shrimps. Another detail which makes it possible to distinguish them from gray shrimps is the position of their eyes: the pink shrimp has eyes stalks, strongly divergent, contrary to the pink shrimp of which the eyes are very brought closer. This shellfish carries grips like the Crabe S, but tiny. Like they, it plays a part of street sweeper: it nourishes corpses, which does not prevent it from making the delights of the gastronomes. Its size varies from 2 to 10 cm.
