Pajottenland
The Pajottenland is an area located at the south-west of Brussels, capital of the Belgium, between the rivers Senne and Dendre. It extends in a very fertile and undulating agricultural area which is next to the very populated urban center which is Anderlecht (part of this common forms part of Pajottenland besides). The other areas or cities being with the surroundings are: Alost (in Dutch Aalst ), Enghien ( Edingen ), Grammont ( Geraardsbergen ), Hall ( Market ) and finally Ninove. Pajottenland it is also the country of beer with spontaneous fermentation which is the Lambic. It is used as a basis for manufacture of the faro (lambic to which one adds brown candy sugar, Gueuze (assembly of young people and old man lambics) and Kriek (lambic in which one traditionally makes macerate cherries of Schaerbeek to the taste suret).
