Pailharès
Pailharès is a common French, located in the department of the Ardèche and the area the Rhone-Alps.
Geography
The commune, built at the top of a hill, upstream of Saint-Félicien in the valley of Daronne, joined Nozières and Lamastre by the collar of the Bush, and Lalouvesc and Satillieu by the collar of the Merchant.
History
Bracelets of bronze found in Vinson testify to a thousand-year-old human occupation. Pailharès was probably strengthened as of the Roman epoch.The commune, much more important at the time, became an enclave of the Forez in 1296. It was attached to the Vivarais at the time of the French revolution.
