PUA

PUA is the Acronyme of Pick Up Artist which, translated word for word, wants to say " artist of the drague".

More exactly, a PUA is a “artist” of the meeting (see Séduction) or Dragueur, whether it is social or in love.

The PUA is indeed described like a man who controls sufficiently psychosocial sciences to be able to be created with leisure of the meeting appropriatenesses social AND in love and, if it is what it wishes, to make evolve these meetings to a more intimate degree and more personnel. According to Internet sites making use of the term, the PUA thus intends to work itself its own life, and thus to recover some more randomly from (rare) the fortuitous meetings.

Derived from English, this acronym thus offers an alternative more positive and less reducing than the term, pejorative, of " dragueur".

There are two categories of PUA:

the Natural PUA is the seducer who obtains results systematically, without applying method consciously; it will in general not be able to analyze the reasons which enable him to have success near the fair sex.
the Learned PUA, him, passed by all the stages of the training of the seduction, and will have wiped hundreds of Râteaux until refining its technique.
