PASSYS
The program PASSYS (1986 - 1989 PASSYS I, 1989 - 1993 PASSYS II) was launched by the European commission concerning the “passive” solar energy. It was coordinated by the Center Scientific and Technical of Belgian Construction (CSTC) One of the axes of this program consisted in carrying out cells test in several countries. It approaches program BESTEST of IEA and gave rise to many tools such as Paslink, Compass and Pascool (Passive Cooling).
