Périzonium
The périzonium indicates the piece of fabric being used to hide the nudity of Jesus de Nazareth in cross. The shape of périzonium is important to date the representation of Christ and also makes it possible to symbolize certain ideas about it (girdles, length, etc). The relic of périzonium (true according to the tradition) is preserved in the cathedral of Aachen (Aachen), in Germany.
