Pärnumaa
The maakond of Pärnu (or Pärnumaa ) is one of the 15 Régions of Estonia. Surrounding Pärnu, the principal seaside resort of the South-west of the country, the area counts 91.667 (at January 1st, 2006), that is to say 7% of the total of the Estonian population . Its surface is of 4.807 km ², it is the most extended area of the country.
