Ozwell Spencer is a Personnage of video game of the series Resident Evil.
Ozwell Spencer belongs to the group of researchers which discovered the " virus progenitor" in the Fifties. In the Sixties, it creates the pharmaceutical company Umbrella Corporation, which shelters research on the virus. Even if he wants rather to devote himself to the company, he continues the experiments. It is him which will make manufacture the manor in the forest of Raccoon. He will entrust to George Trevor the architecture of the manor. During the Seventies, a competition settles between Spencer and James Marcus, and this last will be betrayed and killed.
