Ovomaltine

The Ovomaltine is a product Suisse containing Malt of barley, of skimmed Lait, Cacao, egg S and Levure created by Wander AG , a subsidiary company of Novartis Consumer Goods . It is called Ovaltine in several parts of the world (in Italy, it is known under the name Ovomaltina ).

The product original, created in 1865 and marketed in 1904, is a powder which one mixes with hot Lait or cold to give a chocolate drink slightly invigorating. Several derivative products such as chocolate bars, cereals or of the paste to be pasted were born recently.
