Ovoid

In Mathematical, an ovoid is a Surface of class $C^1$, delimiting a convex field and relatively Compact of $R^3$. Its name comes owing to the fact that this surface evokes the egg.

The ovoid one has one axis of Symétrie. It can be defined by the Cartesian equation following:

The value of K influence the round-off observed at the end. The ovoid one of Kepler is a surface of revolution around the axis Z, whose equation is:
