Ovda international airport

Ovda (in Hebrew: עובדה) is the international Aéroport of Eilat in Israel. It is located into full Désert, to about fifty kilometers in the North-West of Eilat and accommodates primarily flights charters coming from Europe (Paris, London, Amsterdam, Athens…) and of the scheduled flights towards Tel Aviv and the north of Israel.

The airport comprises only one momentary terminal.

Companies such as El Al, Arkia, Israir, Axis Airways or Sun d' Or ensure of the flights towards Europe in summer period.

Ovda is also a military zone of the Israeli army Tsahal.
