Outjo is a small town of Namibia of almost nine thousand inhabitants, located in the area of Kunene at 100 km of the National park of Etosha.
The city was rested by the German troops in 1897 when colonel Leutwein made there set up a small military base in order to explore the northern area of the South-western African, still ignored.
