Outdistance procrustéenne

The distance procrustéenne is a means of measurement of two images represented by a whole of points of interests described in Coordonnées of Bookstein. It is used within the framework of the Morphométrie. The distance D between two s1 objects and s2 composed of N points is given by:

d (s_1, s_2) =arccos ((\ left| {\ sum_ {k=1} ^ {N} {z_ {1k} z^_ {2k}}} \ right| ))\, .
