Oursel-House

Oursel-House is a common French, located in the department of the Oise and the area Picardy.

Until the decree of August 26th, 2004, the common one bore the name of Ourcel-House (with a C instead of current the S in Oursel ). So one will meet many documents comprising the old orthography.
