Our-Lady-of-Snows is a municipality belonging to the regional Municipalité of county of the Basques, with the Quebec (Canada), located in the administrative area of the Low-Saint-Laurent. It is known on the name of Tobin, marked " To bun". The origin of its name comes from a miracle of Notre-Dame to Rome in the year 352, which was followed of a snowfall at August.
