Our-Lady-of-Message

Our-Lady-of-Message is a common French, located in the department of the Isere and the area the Rhone-Alps.

Its inhabitants is called the Mésageois .

The commune is crossed by RN 85 or road Napoleon with the end of very dangerous the Descente of Laffrey which was the place of three of the most fatal road accidents in France, most recent being unrolled the July 22nd 2007, a Polish bus transporting of the pilgrims of return of the sanctuary of Our-Lady-with-the-Salette, undoubtedly because of a problem of brakes left the road in the preceding turn crossing a bridge on the Romanche and came to be crushed in against-low river killing 26 people and by seriously wounding about fifteen others, including 3 in a critical condition provisional appraisal at August 2nd. In July 1973, the accident of a bus of Belgian pilgrims to a few meters from there had killed 43 people.
