' OUNCE (Organización Nacional de Ciegos de España) is an institution in social and democratic matter non-profit-making the purpose of which is to improve the living conditions of the blind men and visually handicapped persons in Spain.

This organization is very active, it is known to have sponsored a cyclist team and for his kiosks which one finds in the majority of the Spanish communes which allow to take part in the lottery that this organization organizes.
