Otylia Jędrzejczak
Otylia Jędrzejczak , born the December 13rd 1983 with Ruda Śląska, is a Polish swimmer .
Beginning swimming as of age the 6 years to correct a problem of spinal column, it gains its first titles at the time of the championships of Europe junior of 1999 when it gains the titles over 100 and 200 meters butterfly. The same year, it gains its first medal at the seniors with a bronze medal over 200 meters butterfly.
The following year, it gains its first title with the European title at the time of the Championships from Europe 2000 in Helsinki, always over the distance from the 200 butterfly. It will confirm its European title in 2001 and 2002.
On the world plan, it obtains a money medal in 2001 in Fukuoka before obtaining the world title in 2002 out of 200 meters butterfly, title which it preserves in 2003 then in 2005. On the distance of the 100 meters butterfly, it also obtains the money medal into 2002,2003 and the bronze medal in 2005.
Lastly, it reaches the Olympic dedication at the time Olympic Games 2004 to Athens at its distance of the 200 meters butterfly, also obtaining two other money medals on 100 meters butterfly and 400 meters freestyle.
In October 2005, it is victim of a serious car accident during which his/her brother dies. It is seriously wounded there, on the physical level and the moral level.
