Otton II of Chiny
Otton II of Chiny , died after 1131, was count de Chiny. It was wire of Arnoul Ier, count de Chiny, and of Adélaïs de Ramerupt-Roucy.
It succeeded his father in 1106 and completed in 1134 the construction of the abbey of Orval that his/her father had undertaken in 1070. It installed canons then there. The installation of a community cistercian in Orval in 1131 mark its last appearance in the acts.
Marriage and children
He had married Adélaïs, girl of Albert III, count de Namur and of Itte of Luxembourg, which gave rise to:- Hugues, probably dead young person

- Frederic, provost in Rheims in 1120
- Adalbéron, princely of Metz, then bishop of Liege
- Eustace, solicitor of Hesbaye
- Ida (?), married to Godefroy Ier, count of Leuwen
- Oda (?), married to Gislebert de Duras
